Job summary

Solutions by stc is recruiting for the role of Manager - International Sales. You will lead a wholesale sales team responsible for global connectivity and wholesale operations, reporting to senior management. The position focuses on driving revenue growth, developing sales plans, and coordinating with stakeholders across regions.

The ideal candidate will oversee RFPs/RFIs, manage key accounts, and coach a high-performance team to meet KPIs and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the wholesale sales team by managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities with global operators and enterprise customers.
• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans, business pipelines, and strategic initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, bids, commercial proposals, and sourcing portal registrations while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor business performance by reporting revenues, expenses, forecasts, KPIs, and commercial updates to the Director of Wholesale Products & Sales.
• Coach and develop the sales team, ensuring high employee engagement, achievement of KPIs, and successful execution of performance management objectives.
