Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking a VTC Technician in Kuwait City to manage conferences and operate VTC equipment across secure and non-secure networks. The role supports end-to-end connectivity and requires hands-on troubleshooting for high-availability AV systems.

The candidate will work in a dynamic environment with rotating shifts, ensuring equipment reliability and customer satisfaction while complying with host-country requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 5+ years in Video Teleconferencing or AV productions.
• Ability to work rotating 24/7 shift.
• Customer service experience with a company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with customers to ensure equipment is operational.
• Sets up and operates VTC equipment.
• Establishes end-to-end secure and non-secure connectivity for conferences.
• Configures cables for AV and communications links.
• Adjusts sound and lighting for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoots VTC and connectivity issues with Service Desk for restoration.
• Performs weekly maintenance on VTC equipment.
• Manages the VTC Bridge to support circuits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
