Job summary

FRIEND is seeking a visionary General Manager to take full ownership of a new B2B digital platform in Kuwait City. This is a full-time, on-site role with responsibility for operations, growth, marketing, and team expansion from the ground up.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, shape strategic plans, recruit and mentor staff, and establish key partnerships to drive platform adoption and market penetration in the Kuwaiti market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of proven leadership experience in general management, startup scaling, e-commerce, or B2B digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies, roadmaps, and operational workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end marketing strategy, brand positioning, and customer acquisition campaigns for B2B.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of talent across marketing, operations, sales, and customer success.
