Job summary

Burhan Technology Computer Co. W.L.L. in Kuwait City, Kuwait, seeks a proactive Fleet Assistant to support daily fleet operations. You will help plan deliveries, monitor dispatches, and maintain fleet records, working closely with the Fleet/Delivery Supervisor.

The role requires 1–3 years in fleet or logistics, proficiency in Excel, and strong communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuwait City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in fleet, logistics, or transportation operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating daily vehicle and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with drivers and monitor timely dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain fleet records, including vehicle documents, fuel logs, mileage, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Support route planning and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly fleet reports and ensure accurate documentation.
