Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and tracking shipments from domestic and international suppliers.
• Support with customs documentation and compliance for international shipments.
• Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and warehouse teams.
• Receive and process customer orders; confirm details and lead times.
• Track order status and update customers on delivery timelines.
• Place purchase orders with overseas suppliers; communicate with vendors on pricing and delivery.
• Follow up on international orders to ensure on-time shipment.
• Assist with stock level monitoring, inventory reconciliation, and reporting.
• Prepare and share relevant shipping and inventory reports.
• Address inquiries related to orders, deliveries, or stock.
