Job summary

Otis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturer, installation, and service company. The Kuwait-based role supports Service Operations by coordinating field activities, maintaining operational records, and delivering reports and dashboards to improve efficiency and service performance.

You will collaborate with field teams, supervisors, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive improvements in operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations support, service coordination, reporting, administration, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations and manage follow-ups and process administration.
• Maintain operational trackers, records, and documentation.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports, KPI reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Support customer communication, appointments, and reporting activities.
• Monitor KPIs and processes to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in timesheet validation, compliance monitoring, and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with supervisors, finance, sales, and field teams to support operational requirements.
• Maintain data accuracy and support system updates.
• Participate in process improvement, reporting enhancements, and automation initiatives.
• Support regional projects related to service operations, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement.
