Job summary

The role includes supporting incident investigations, developing and implementing practices to improve performance, ensuring compliance with all HSE programs, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HSE management processes on rig operations.

Responsibilities

• Advise, coach and train operations personnel to support the effective implementation of HSE management programs.
• Support incident investigations, develop, and implement practices to improve performance, ensure compliance with all HSE programs, and improve the quality of HSE management processes.
• And any other reasonable duties within his capability as requested by Rig Manager to support rig operations
