Job summary

The Nabors Career Site is seeking an HSE Specialist to advise, coach and train rig operations personnel on HSE management programs.

The role supports incident investigations, develops practices to improve performance, ensures compliance with HSE programs, and assists the Rig Manager with related duties.

The HSE Specialist will also work to improve the quality of HSE management processes and promote a culture of safety across on-site teams in Kuwait.

Responsibilities

Advise, coach and train operations personnel on HSE programs.
Support incident investigations and implement improvement actions.
Ensure compliance with HSE programs and improve processes.
Assist Rig Manager with related duties as required.

Job description

The HSE Specialist is responsible for advising, coaching, and training operations personnel to support the effective implementation of HSE management programs.
In this position, the HSE Specialist will support incident investigations, develop, and implement practices to improve performance, ensure compliance with all HSE programs, and improve the quality of HSE management processes.
And any other reasonable duties within his capability as requested by Rig Manager to support rig operations
