Job summary

Nabors Industries is seeking an HSE Specialist to advise, coach, and train operations personnel in the effective implementation of HSE management programs on our rigs in Kuwait.

You will help conduct incident investigations, develop and implement practices to improve performance, ensure compliance with all HSE programs, and support the Rig Manager with additional duties to support rig operations.

Qualifications

• Advise on HSE management practices and training.
• Report and investigate incidents to identify root causes.
• Promote compliance with HSE programs across operations.
• Coordinate with the Rig Manager on additional rig-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Advise, coach and train operations personnel to support implementation of HSE management programs.
• Support incident investigations, develop and implement practices to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with all HSE programs and improve the quality of HSE management processes.
• Perform other reasonable duties within capability as requested by Rig Manager to support rig operations.
