PPOAR is seeking an experienced Sous Chef in Al Kuwait to manage overall kitchen operations under the Head Chef. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in food service, with 2+ years as Sous Chef, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with knowledge of international cuisines.

The role requires excellent food preparation and presentation skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure while delivering top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in food service operations.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of international cuisines.
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and team orientation.
• Driver’s license is required.

• Oversee overall kitchen operations and report to the Head Chef.
