Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
• Creative mindset with a passion for developing new dishes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
