Job summary

InstaCreative India is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead a fine dining restaurant in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. You will create and execute high‑quality dishes and manage a team to uphold excellence in food preparation.

You will plan menus, source local ingredients, oversee kitchen operations,training, hygiene and safety, and collaborate with management on seasonal specials. Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus, and relocation to Al Ahmadi is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment.
• Culinary degree or equivalent training from a reputable institution preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines from around the world.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create menus that showcase a fusion of international flavors with local influences.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Source high-quality ingredients from local suppliers while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of necessary ingredients.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to develop seasonal menus and daily specials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment at all times.
