Job summary

Ecojob in Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen and elevate our dining program. You will design menus, oversee kitchen operations and ensure exceptional quality.

The role requires at least 5 years in the food industry, a culinary degree or equivalent, strong leadership, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays. Salary is 1,200–2,400 USD monthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the food industry.
• Excellent knowledge of culinary trends and classic dishes.
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef role.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to manage kitchen staff effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create menus that will appeal to the restaurant's customers, considering seasonal ingredients and budgets.
• Manage kitchen operations within budget allocation.
• Train, supervise and motivate kitchen staff to maintain quality.
• Ensure health & safety guidelines are strictly followed in the kitchen.
• Monitor stocks and order supplies as necessary.
