Job summary

Workato in Al-Kuwait seeks an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, develop menus, train staff and ensure top-quality food and service. You will manage day-to-day activities, uphold sanitation standards and coordinate with events as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, strong organizational skills, expertise in menu development, and the ability to lead a high-performing kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Excellent organizational skills, deep understanding of food safety standards, ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in menu development and staff management.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day kitchen operations, including overseeing food preparation, ensuring safety standards, and leading the team to high-quality menus.
• Developing menus, training staff, monitoring quality and costs, ordering supplies, and budgeting for cost efficiency.
• Creating attractive dish presentations for customers.
