Job summary

Saba IP in Kuwait seeks an ERP Data Analyst to validate, reconcile, and analyze data across ERP, operational, and financial systems. The role includes reporting, automation improvements, and cross-functional coordination with IT and business users.

You will maintain data mappings, perform reconciliations, and support audit requests while ensuring data accuracy and timely management reports. Strong English/Arabic communication is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Very good communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Analytical thinking and strong systems mindset.
• Problem solving and ability to work under pressure with deadlines.
• Confidentiality and cross-department coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience with financial and operational ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Executes ERP reporting activities, system enhancements, and testing.
• Coordinates with IT and business users to resolve ERP, reporting, and data-related issues.
• Maintains data mapping and reporting structures within systems.
• Identifies opportunities to improve ERP and report automation and efficiency.
• Conducts regular reconciliations between operational and financial systems and investigates discrepancies.
• Validates data accuracy across ERP and business systems.
• Escalates data and system issues and coordinates remediation with stakeholders.
• Tracks reconciliation results and maintains supporting schedules and documentation.
• Monitors controls within ERP, financial, and operational systems to ensure data quality.
• Prepares recurring management reports, KPI dashboards, and data summaries.
• Extracts, consolidates, and analyzes data to support management reporting.
• Identifies trends, anomalies, and variances in reports.
• Ensures reports are delivered accurately and on time.
• Documents control deficiencies and remediation actions.
• Supports audit requests with documentation and reconciliation records.
• Participates in ERP enhancement and process optimization projects.
