Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in financial systems, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and proficiency in SQL, with English as the working language and Arabic a plus for Kuwait.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial systems, financial analysis, or ERP support.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Practical experience with ERP/financial management systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI; SQL.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic a plus for Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support financial systems, ERP platforms, accounting applications, and related business systems.
• Collaborate with finance teams to capture system requirements and identify process improvements.
• Monitor data integrity across systems and ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and analyses.
• Develop automated reports and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and testing.
• Document processes, requirements, and controls.
• Support integrations between financial systems and other apps.
• Provide guidance to finance users on system functionality.
