Job summary

RSM Kuwait is seeking an Engagement Consultant to analyze financial data, research problems, and structure results for client engagements. The role emphasizes developing client relationships, documenting work, and delivering quality services across multiple competencies in a dynamic environment.

The position requires 2+ years of consulting experience (Big4 preferred), strong English and Arabic proficiency, and a solid understanding of client accounting systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management / Accounting.
• One of the relevant professional certifications (CIA, CISA) preferred.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Minimum of 2 years' consulting experience from Big 4 or well-known firms.

Responsibilities

• Develops basic understanding of the client’s business.
• Develops client relationships and communicates work findings to engagement team.
• Collects and analyzes financial data and prepares documentation and reports.
• Interacts with clients to ensure smooth information flow to the team.
• Identifies performance improvement opportunities in clients accounting systems.
• Performs tasks within project scope and established timeframes.
