KBR is seeking a Task Order Manager to lead environmental programs under AFCAP V, based onsite in Qatar. You will oversee EMS, compliance, hazardous waste, and pollution prevention while maintaining strong customer relationships and timely project updates.

Ideal candidates have a MS in environmental fields and 15+ years of experience; CHMM or PE certification is preferred. This contingent role is tied to award.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of environmental program management experience.
• Experience with Air Force environmental information technology systems such as EESOH-MIS and APIMS.
• TOM shall be CHMM or REMP or Professional Engineer.
• Ability to prepare and maintain environmental plans, reports, and regulatory submittals.

Responsabilités

• Implement environmental management within an EMS framework and ensure compliance with DoD and AF standards.
• Coordinate EMS audits, SAVs, and EIAP; manage budget and liaise with leadership and regulators.
• Prepare SOWs, PWSs, and cost estimates for environmental projects; oversee permits and regulatory filings.
• Provide guidance on EIAP requirements to project managers; maintain records and program funding.
