Job summary

V2X seeks an Environmental Health and Safety professional to implement and assist with the WEXMAC Safety and Health Plan in Kuwait. You will ensure compliance with applicable requirements, establish safety inspections, and monitor behavioral safety across programs.

You will write and review technical reports, engage with middle management and regulators, and help build a comprehensive ESH program in a challenging desert environment, leveraging your background in environmental science,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• Must obtain Host Country Driver's License.
• CAC eligibility or ability to obtain CAC.

Responsibilities

• Implements a standardized ESH program, based on Management System.
• Performs risk analysis and develops programs exceeding regulatory compliance.
• Identifies resources and budget needs for ESH programs.
• Identifies required training and tracks monthly performance metrics.
• Performs ESH inspections and implements recognition programs.
• Reads regulatory compliance and submits permits documentation.
• Communicates with senior management, area supervisors, and regulators to implement the ESH program.
