Job summary

Bayt.com is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team, focused on selling recruitment solutions to enterprise clients and tailoring offerings to client needs.

Responsibilities include developing a sales pipeline, outbound outreach, client meetings, needs assessments, and CRM follow-up to meet quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology.
• 3+ years of demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Work experience in the SaaS industry or B2B solutions would be an advantage.
• A valid driving license in Kuwait is required.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
