Job summary

RSM Kuwait is seeking an advisory professional to conduct engagements with some independence, supporting the engagement team in delivering high quality advisory services to clients.

Key responsibilities include building client relationships, ensuring timely delivery, adhering to policies, and contributing to staff development while maintaining professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships with Lower Management and provide exceptional service to exceed client expectations.
• Perform tasks within timeframes and ensure adherence to engagement timelines.
• Adhere to office code of conduct (dress code, punctuality, etc.).
• Understand role within the total engagement and ensure Time Sheet deadlines are met.
• Actively support integration of new staff into the team.
• Pursue ongoing professional growth through education, training, and certifications.
• Interact with clients to ensure efficient information flow and proper documentation of all procedures.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and proper file documentation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years consultingexperience from reputed firm is required.
