Job Description
Plans and performs an effective and efficient assignment. Prepares plans and budgets for assignments for Manager’s review. Prepares solution alternatives and presents to higher management; evaluates team’s performance together with higher management.
Key Accountabilities
1) Service Excellence (SE)

- SE3 Thoroughly documents and communicates the work and makes it available to the other members of the team as required.
- SE4 Collecting, analyzing and checking Financial data
- SE5 Assisting in carrying out quality services to clients in multiple industries
- SE6 Assist in-charge in obtaining all necessary working papers and documentation including researching and documenting facts and findings
- SE7 Assist in preparing reports, commentaries and financial information
- SE8 Listens actively to determine client needs and makes suggestions to engagement management on how Firm can meet those needs
- SE9 Serves the client within the standards set by engagement management
- SE10 Directs staff to provide exceptional multifunctional and global services to the client
- SE11 Take ownership for the delivery of high quality work
- SE12 Interact with clients to help ensure that the information flow from the client to the team is efficient
- SE13 Preparing reports, commentaries and financial information.

- SE21 Identifies potential technical issues and discusses with technical department, where appropriate, before documenting issue and proposed solution for Partner’s attention
- SE22 Drafts management letters in conjunction with Manager and Partner that provide practical and commercial business advice
- SE23 Identifies and refers ethical, accounting and conflict issues to Manager and/or Partner.

2) Marketing and Sales (MS)

- MS2 Develops basic understanding regarding the Firms services offerings
- MS3 Demonstrates a general knowledge of market trends, including opportunities and competitors' activities
- MS4 Makes informed and valuable suggestions on penetrating the market and selling value-added services
- MS5 Contributes to the positioning of the Firm in the manner consistent with our global image: how we want to be perceived and what makes us stand out from our competitors
- MS6 Develops a professional network with new and existing clients for generating leads
- MS7 Generates enthusiasm with clients and potential clients about working with Firm
- MS8 Understands relevant independence rules and their applicability to the Member Firm’s business relationships, other services and fee arrangements with assurance clients
- MS9 Generates cross sales by promoting firm’s other service lines

Education & Experience
Education
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting /Management
- One of the relevant professional certifications (i.e. CIA, CISA, etc.)
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
Experience
- A minimum of at least 5 years of consulting experience from big Firm is required.
