Job summary

RSM Kuwait is seeking a junior tax assistant to support the engagement team in preparing tax returns, documenting findings, and gaining hands-on experience under supervision. Fresh graduates with an accounting background will work with senior staff to develop technical tax knowledge and ensure quality deliverables across engagements.

Strong English communication is required; Arabic is preferred, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth is expected.
