Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Electrical Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems that support our port and terminal infrastructure operations. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure all electrical systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with international and local regulations.   • Design and develop electrical systems for port terminals, including power distribution networks, lighting systems, and control systems
  • Conduct comprehensive electrical audits and safety inspections to ensure compliance with IEC standards and local Kuwait electrical codes
  • Analyze electrical system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements
  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults and system failures, implementing corrective actions in a timely manner
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation, including system designs, specifications, and maintenance reports
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and operational teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Monitor electrical system performance using SCADA and other monitoring tools to ensure optimal operation
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements
