Avanta Works in Hawalli, Kuwait is seeking an experienced Egyptian Chef to lead our kitchen and craft authentic Egyptian menus. The head chef will oversee kitchen operations, menu creation, and staff management to deliver high-quality dishes.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in Egyptian cuisine, strong leadership, and the ability to train cooks while maintaining traditional flavors and safety standards. Evening and weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• Must have Egyptian nationality
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef in an Egyptian restaurant or similar setting
• Excellent knowledge of Egyptian cuisine, including traditional recipes and cooking techniques
• Ability to create unique and innovative dishes while also maintaining traditional flavors
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely preparation of dishes during busy periods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Salary

The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
