Job summary

Hudson Manpower Inc. is seeking an experienced IT leader to drive the Dynamics 365 implementation, from requirements gathering to deployment and support. The role oversees multiple modules and coordinates with business units to translate needs into actionable configurations.

You will manage IT strategies, budgets, and a team, ensuring security, uptime, and alignment with enterprise objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 5-7 years in IT management or similar role.
• Comprehensive Dynamics 365 implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and support.
• Proven ability to design software solutions and deliver IT projects from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of networks, systems administration, and IT security.
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects.
• Proven leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
• Develop IT strategies, policies, and procedures that support business growth.
• Lead and develop the IT team, manage the IT budget, and oversee system upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.
• Collaborate with department heads to translate needs into Dynamics 365 requirements and roadmap.
• Conduct workshops and observation sessions to gather detailed requirements.
• Perform fit-to-standard and fit-gap analyses against Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Recommend and implement improvements to business workflows and Dynamics 365 functionalities.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE, F&O, and related modules.
• Customize and publish workflows, processes, forms, and configurations.
• Maintain RTM updates with data mapping and progress in Azure DevOps daily.
• Coordinate with consultants, developers, and testers to meet milestones.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with internal stakeholders.
• Develop training materials and provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer.
• Serve as main liaison between business units and technical teams.
• Build software programs and IT projects from scratch.
• Implement security measures and ensure compliance with requirements and standards.
