Job summary

Client of Hudson Manpower is seeking a Store Operations Supervisor to oversee daily store activities and ensure brand standards are met. You will lead and coach a team, manage shifts, and ensure top-tier guest experiences in a fast‑paced QSR environment.

You will monitor performance metrics, support inventory and cost controls, and collaborate with management on promotions and new product launches. GCC experience is preferred and flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a QSR, caf , fast-food chain, or casual dining restaurant.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team-leading role.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and guest-service focus.
• Ability to handle operational and customer-related challenges quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with brand standards, policies and procedures.
• Lead, coach and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service and operational performance.
• Ensure smooth shift execution by effectively allocating tasks and maintaining staffing levels.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene and store presentation.
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, ordering and minimizing wastage.
• Monitor sales performance, labor productivity and operating costs to meet targets.
• Prepare daily operational reports including sales, inventory, cash handling and staffing updates.
• Support promotions, marketing campaigns and new product launches.
• Coordinate with management to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the store.
