Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a Driver Trainer to onboard, educate, and coach our driver community in Kuwait, with a focus on engaging diverse African driver members from day one.

You will run onboarding, teach the Driver App, and guide drivers through attendance, shifts, zones, and compliance while using performance data to tailor coaching and training materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, logistics, last-mile delivery, fleet, or field operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills — you can make a technical process click for anyone
• A natural coach's instinct: patient, clear, and genuinely invested in people improving
• Solid English communication skills
• Comfortable working hands-on with a large, diverse driver community
• Basic comfort with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding training for every new driver joining the fleet.
• Teach the Driver App inside-out — how to manage orders, pickups, deliveries, and interactions with customers and merchants.
• Explain attendance, shifts, zones, uniforms, equipment, and compliance to drivers.
• Conduct practical assessments before drivers hit the road solo.
• Deliver refresher and corrective training as needed to boost performance.
• Coach drivers one-on-one using real operational and quality data.
• Collaborate with Quality and Supply to identify recurring issues and turn them into training fixes.
• Maintain training records, assessments, and reports.

• Run practical assessments before anyone hits the road solo
• Deliver refresher and corrective training when performance needs a boost
• Coach drivers one-on-one based on real operational and quality data
• Team up with Quality and Supply to spot recurring issues and turn them into training fixes
