Job summary

Snoonu Kuwait is seeking a PR Coordinator to join the PR & CSR team. You will coordinate the rollout of press releases, monitor coverage, and maintain media contact lists, while drafting captions and press materials in Snoonu's signature voice.

The role involves supporting on-site events and ensuring timely reporting, with a strong emphasis on Arabic and English communication. You will work closely with the PR & CSR Senior Manager to keep media outreach sharp and aligned with Snoonu’s ambitions

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in PR, media, or communications or solid internship experience
• Native Arabic with Kuwaiti dialect and strong written English
• Organized with strong follow-up discipline
• Able to adapt copy to Snoonu's established style

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rollout of approved press releases and captions across newspapers and media accounts.
• Own the PR coverage tracker and log all mentions within 24 hours.
• Prepare inputs for recurring reports including influencer intelligence and PR metrics reports.
• Draft captions and press materials in Snoonu Kuwait's signature style.
• Write scripts and copy for social content across service verticals.
• Support on-site PR events, shoots, and press activities with logistics and follow-ups.

We're looking for a PR Coordinator to join our PR & CSR team in Kuwait — someone who lives for the pace of media, knows what makes a story land, and can keep every outlet, caption, and coverage report moving without a beat dropped. You'll work side by side with our PR & CSR Sr. Manager, keeping Snoonu's voice sharp, consistent, and everywhere it needs to be.

What You'll Get Your Hands On

• Coordinate the rollout of approved press releases and captions across newspapers and media accounts, keeping every posting sequence on track
• Own the PR coverage tracker — logging every published mention across print, digital, and social within 24 hours
• Compile the inputs behind our recurring reports, including the daily influencer comment intelligence report and PR metrics report
• Keep a daily pulse on media and social sentiment, flagging anything that needs attention the same dayli>
• Draft the first version of captions and press materials in Snoonu Kuwait's signature style
• Write scripts and copy for our social content — from educational explainers to how-to videos across all our service verticals
• Be on the ground for PR events, shoots, and press activities, handling logistics and follow-ups
• Maintain our media contact lists and the archive of press releases and approved captions
• Handle day-to-day correspondence with media outlets and chase publication timing and placement

The Magic You Bring

• 1–2 years in PR, media, or communications — solid internship experience counts
• Native-level Arabic with a strong command of the Kuwaiti dialect, plus strong written English
• Organized and detail-oriented, with follow-up discipline that doesn't let things slip
• Comfortable writing to an established style and taking direction on copy
• Basic media monitoring and reporting skills
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience

Bonus Points If You Have

• Real familiarity with the Kuwaiti media landscape and its key players
• A feel for how Instagram and X media accounts operate in Kuwait
• Experience supporting on-site press events, shoots, or production days
• Exposure to CSR or community-facing campaigns
