Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a Driver Trainer to onboard and coach our driver community in Kuwait, with a focus on inclusivity for African drivers from day one. You’ll train on the Driver App, explain shifts, zones, and compliance, and conduct practical assessments before solo driving.

You’ll collaborate with Quality and Ops to address issues and maintain training records. You will excel at communication, coaching, and hands-on training in a fast-paced, diverse delivery ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, logistics, last-mile delivery, fleet, or field operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills — you can make a technical process click for anyone.
• A natural coach's instinct: patient, clear, and genuinely invested in people improving.
• Solid English communication skills.
• Comfortable working hands-on with a large, diverse driver community.
• Basic comfort with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding and induction training for every new driver joining the fleet.
• Teach the Driver App inside‑out — order journeys, pickups, deliveries, and how to nail customer and merchant interactions.
• Walk drivers through the essentials: attendance, shifts, zones, uniform, equipment, and compliance.
• Run practical assessments before anyone hits the road solo.
• Deliver refresher and corrective training when performance needs a boost.
• Coach drivers one‑on‑one based on real operational and quality data.
• Team up with Quality and Supply to spot recurring issues and turn them into training fixes.
• Keep training records, assessments, and reports sharp and up to date.
