Job summary

Snoonu in Kuwait City is seeking a Senior Social Media Executive to lead day-to-day social across Arabic and English. You will dream up scroll-stopping content, run campaigns that connect, and ensure our brand voice resonates on all platforms.

You’ll build content calendars, capture mobile-first photo and video content, adapt copy in both languages, and analyze performance to drive future ideas. If you live for trends and fast-paced creativity, this is your stage.

As our Senior Social Media Executive, you'll lead the day-to-day charge across our platforms — dreaming up scroll-stopping content, running campaigns that actually connect, and making sure our brand voice hits just right in both Arabic and English. What You'll Get Your Hands On

• Build and manage social media content calendars aligned with marketing priorities and campaigns
• Create and publish engaging day-to-day content — including Stories and real-time moments — tailored to each platform
• Generate social-first content ideas rooted in trends, audience behavior, and cultural moments
• Plan, coordinate, and jump into content shoots, capturing social-first photo and video content yourself when needed
• Write and adapt copy and messaging in both Arabic and English across platforms
• Run point on events, activations, launches, and other brand moments
• Monitor community engagement and audience sentiment across channels
• Track performance and turn the data into real recommendations for what's next

The Magic You Bring

• A strong creative eye and instinct for what makes social-first visual content work
• Deep knowledge of social platforms, trends, formats, and best practices
• Skill in capturing and producing high-quality mobile-first photo and video content
• Strong Arabic and English copywriting and communication skills
• A good grip on social media analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting
• Sharp organizational and time-management skills — you can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball

Bonus Points If You Have

• Agency-side social media or content experience
• Comfort with basic content editing on mobile or social editing tools
• Experience supporting or guiding junior team members
