Kuwait Jobs is seeking an Operations Assistant Manager to support daily delivery operations, supervise drivers and field staff, and ensure smooth, cost-efficient logistics in Kuwait City. You will monitor KPIs, coordinate with restaurants and clients, and prepare routine reports in Odoo or similar systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business/logistics and 3–5 years of delivery ops experience, with strong leadership and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in delivery operations, logistics, or fleet management.
• Experience in a food delivery company is highly preferred.
• Experience managing drivers, supervisors, and operational teams.
• Good knowledge of delivery platforms and fleet operations.
• Experience using ERP systems (Odoo or similar) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Operations Manager in daily delivery operations.
• Supervise and coordinate delivery drivers, team leaders, and field supervisors.
• Monitor driver attendance, performance, productivity, and delivery targets.
• Ensure timely order deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with restaurants, clients, customer service teams, and other departments.
• Monitor fleet operations, vehicle availability, maintenance, and driver assignments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Track KPIs, delivery times, and operational efficiency.
• Handle operational issues and driver-related concerns.
• Ensure company policies and service standards are followed.
• Update records in the Odoo system.
• Identify challenges and suggest improvements to reduce costs.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of drivers.
