Kuwait Jobs is seeking an experienced Company Manager to oversee operations for a delivery business in Kuwait City. The role requires strong leadership to manage drivers, fleets, and profitability while coordinating with major platforms and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years in delivery/logistics, a proven track record of managing large-scale operations, and excellent communication skills in English. Kuwaiti market experience is preferred.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Company Manager to manage and oversee the overall operations of our delivery company. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the delivery industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage drivers, fleet operations, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company's daily delivery operations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Supervise and manage drivers, supervisors, fleet operations, and delivery teams.
Monitor delivery performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with Talabat, Deliveroo, Keeta, and other delivery platforms.
Manage fleet utilization, vehicle maintenance, and driver performance.
Control operational costs and prepare performance reports.
Handle client relationships, business development, and new contract opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Kuwait labor regulations.
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team to achieve company targets.

Requirements

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the delivery or logistics industry.
Previous experience managing a delivery company or large-scale delivery operations is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of food delivery platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, or Keeta.
Proven experience managing drivers, fleet operations, and delivery teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of operational planning, cost control, and performance management.
Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure.
Good computer skills and experience with delivery management systems.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Candidates with experience in the Kuwait delivery market will be preferred.
