Kuwait Jobs is seeking an Operations Assistant Manager to support daily delivery operations, supervise drivers and field staff, and ensure smooth, cost-efficient logistics in Kuwait City. You will monitor KPIs, coordinate with restaurants and clients, and prepare routine reports in Odoo or similar systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business/logistics and 3–5 years of delivery ops experience, with strong leadership and Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in delivery operations, logistics, or fleet management.
Experience in a food delivery company is highly preferred.
Experience managing drivers, supervisors, and operational teams.
Good knowledge of delivery platforms and fleet operations.
Experience using ERP systems (Odoo or similar) is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Responsabilités

Requirements

Good knowledge of delivery platforms and fleet operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks.
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.
