Job summary
V2X is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to join its global team in Kuwait. The role focuses on monitoring, detecting, and analyzing threats using SIEM and big data analytics, and preparing reports for technical and executive audiences.
The candidate must hold an active Top Secret Clearance with SCI, meet DoD 8570.01M requirements, and have 5+ years of experience in cyber threats and SIEM. The project includes company-paid housing and transportation, a completion bonus, and tuition
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, MIS, IS, or Engineering.
- Be able to obtain host nation visa and driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, analyze, and correlate events using SIEM and analytics.
- Investigate causes and methodologies of compromises.
- Prepare formal reports for technical and executive audiences.
- Configure and optimize detection and prevention capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve DCO posture.
- Stay informed about cybersecurity threats and best practices.
- Assist in incident response planning and coordination.
