Job summary

V2X seeks a Cyber Threat Analyst with strong scripting, systems security administration, and network security expertise to design, automate, and optimize protections for critical systems and information.

The role includes company-paid housing and transportation, a completion bonus, and tuition reimbursement to support ongoing learning. Candidates must meet host-country requirements to work in Kuwait and obtain necessary visas and licenses.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/MIS/IS/Engineering or related field; DoD 8570.01M compliance.
• Must maintain at least one baseline certification and one CE certification.
• 5+ years of practical experience in cyber threats, SIEM analysis, and data technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and correlate events for potential threat activity using SIEM and Big Data Analytics.
• Investigate causes and methods of compromises or incidents.
• Initiate incident handling procedures to isolate and investigate threats.
• Develop and refine TTPs and threat intelligence."
• Prepare formal reports and presentations for technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve DCO posture.
• Stay informed about cybersecurity threats, technologies, and best practices.
