Job summary

V2X, Inc. in Kuwait City is seeking a WAN Security Engineer to design, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise firewall, VPN, and access-control architectures. You will work with Cisco Firepower, FMC, ISE, and related tools to maintain STIG compliance and robust security posture.

The role requires extensive TCP/IP expertise, VPN experience, and a DoD 8570 baseline certification set, with host-country eligibility and active clearance. You will contribute to secure, scalable network operations.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required per the spec.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with network and firewall technologies.
• Experience with VPN technologies and enterprise security policy enforcement.
• Must meet host-country work requirements and DoD 8570.01M baselines.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level customer support for firewall access-lists and ACL management.
• Recommend security policies, plan projects, and manage change control.
• Enforce security policies and investigate anomalous activity.
• Maintain STIG compliance and documentation for networks and devices.
