Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of pastry experience, strong time management, and the ability to collaborate on event cakes. Education in Culinary Arts preferred; salary starts at 1200$ per month with growth based on performance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef.
• Experience with traditional and modern baking techniques.
• Experience creating custom cakes and desserts for events is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained in the kitchen.
• Develop new recipes using traditional and modern baking techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to create custom cakes and desserts for special events.
• Train junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and recipes.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques.
