Pastry Chef - Creative Desserts and Baked Goods (Bayan, Pakistan)


We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Bayan, Pakistan. As a pastry chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts and baked goods that will delight our customers. Your main goal will be to elevate our existing menu and introduce new and innovative pastry options.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop new recipes for desserts and baked goods, incorporating local flavors and seasonal ingredients.
- Prepare high-quality desserts, including cakes, pastries, tarts, cookies, breads, and more.
- Ensure all products are made according to company standards and recipes.
- Keep up-to-date with current food trends and continuously improve menu offerings.
- Maintain inventory levels for all baking ingredients and supplies.
- Train junior pastry chefs on proper techniques, recipes, and food safety procedures.
- Adhere to strict hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker (minimum of 3 years).
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of different baking techniques and methods.
- Creativity in developing new recipes with unique flavor combinations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
