Job summary

Salary

• 900

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including overseeing food preparation, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards, and working with the team to produce high quality menus.
• Developing menus, training staff, monitoring food quality and safety standards, ordering supplies, creating budgets and ensuring cost efficiency.
• Creating attractive presentations of dishes for customers.
• Assisting with special events when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Excellent organizational skills, a deep understanding of food safety standards, and ability to work well under pressure.
• Experience in menu development and staff management.
• Knowledge of local cuisine is preferred but not required.
