Job summary

A leading automotive rental company in Kuwait seeks candidates for customer-oriented roles in rental and leasing. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive sector, and possess strong communication skills in English and Arabic. Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with their rental/leasing needs.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to grow the leasing business.
• Plan and monitor sales activities to meet targets.
• Meet sales and profit targets set by Management.
• Promote the brand and attract new customers.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Monitor and analyze competitor activities and new products.
• Maintain sales records and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Manage existing accounts and promote new offers.
• Follow-up on lease contract renewals and customer payments.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Division Manager/Management per business needs.
