Job summary

The Al-Sayer Group in Kuwait seeks a Showroom Manager to optimize sales by maintaining showroom appearance and efficient sales floor operations while delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves supervising sales staff, managing display layout, and ensuring accuracy of vehicle information and test drives.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required. A Bachelor degree with 10 years of experience or a Diploma with 12 years of managerial experience are acceptable qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (12th Standard + 3 years or 4 years degree) with 10 years of experience.
• Diploma in Automobile/Electrical/ Mechanical (12th Standard + 2 or 3 years Diploma) or equivalent and 12 years of managerial experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, respond to inquiries and complaints.
• Organize showroom layout, facilities such as parking space, and product display to attract customers and smooth showroom traffic.
• Achieve all targets and objectives in a timely manner.
• Maintain a minimum of 95% in the Customer Satisfaction Index.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales.
• Ensure accuracy of window holder specification.
• Ensure test drives are appropriately conducted.
• Ensure team members hold a valid Kuwaiti Driver's License.
• Maintain and update customer prospecting database.

Job description

Showroom Manager

Showroom Manager will manage the showroom to ensure optimal sales through maintaining maximizing showroom appearance and efficiency of sales floor operations, and providing exceptional customer service. The resposibilites includes:

• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Organize showroom layout, facilities such as parking space, and product display in order to attract customers and smooth the showroom traffic.
• Achievement of all set targets and objectives in a timely manner.
• Maintain a minimum of 95% in the Customer Satisfaction Index.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales.
• Ensure accuracy of window holder specification.
• Ensure test drives are appropriately conducted.
• Ensure team members hold a valid Kuwaiti Driver's License.
• Ensure customer prospecting database is constantly updated and maintained.
• Attend to and resolve escalated customer complaints and represent the business unit at senior level within the customer base to ensure its image is maintained and enhanced.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and performance and take corrective measures as necessary.
• Plan and prepare work schedules and keep records of employees' work schedules and time cards.
• Coach and instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales
• Enforce safety, health, and security rules.
