Job summary

Anton is seeking a Consultant Geoscientist to join their energy management services team. The role involves integrating geological and geophysical data to build 3D reservoir models and to evaluate uncertainties for informed field development decisions.

You will contribute to identifying hydrocarbon opportunities in mature reservoirs, optimize well placement, and provide geoscience input to development planning and management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3D geological and static reservoir modeling by integrating geological, geophysical, petrophysical, and well data.
• Develop and evaluate multiple geological model realizations to capture and quantify key subsurface uncertainties.
• Identify and mature remaining and bypassed hydrocarbon opportunities in mature reservoirs through integrated reservoir characterization and model-based evaluation.
• Perform well placement and optimization for appraisal, infill, step-out, producer, and injector wells.
• Integrate reservoir quality, fluid distribution, connectivity, and geological uncertainty into well-placement and field-development decisions.
• Apply advanced reservoir characterization, geological modeling technologies, and workflows to improve subsurface understanding.
• Provide technical geoscience input to field-development planning and reservoir-management decisions.
