Job summary

Anton is seeking a Consultant - Petroleum Engineer in Kuwait City to optimize producer and injector performance using advanced nodal analysis. The role focuses on ESP design, troubleshooting, and diagnostics, as well as complex well workovers and stimulation programs.

You will support horizontal and multilateral well concepts and provide expert well-level production optimization. This position requires on-site engagement in Kuwait with collaboration across On-sync Energy Management Services

Qualifications

• Must have strong domain knowledge in reservoir production optimization and well performance analysis.
• Experience with ESP design and troubleshooting is preferred.
• Experience with complex well workovers and stimulation programs is advantageous.

• Optimize producer and injector performance using nodal analysis and productivity metrics.
• Provide specialist expertise in artificial lift and ESP design.
• Lead or support advanced well design and completion strategies including horizontal/multilateral wells.
• Support evaluation of selective production/injection completions and stimulation programs.
• Provide well-level engineering support for production and injection optimization.

Job Responsibilities

• Optimize producer and injector performance through advanced productivity, injectivity, and nodal analysis to maximize well deliverability.
• Provide specialist expertise in artificial lift, particularly ESP design, optimization, troubleshooting, and performance diagnostics.
• Provide technical expertise in complex workovers and well interventions, including well-integrity diagnosis and remediation.
• Support advanced well design and completion strategies, including horizontal and multilateral wells.
• Evaluate selective production/injection completions, stimulation programs, and smart-well applications where applicable.
• Provide well-level engineering support for production and injection optimization.
