Qualifications

• 5-year minimum experience in Culinary in a five-star hotel.
• Work in a multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of the style of cuisine.
• Knowledge of HACCP as well as general health & safety in the workplace.
• Solid International Culinary experience

Responsibilities

• Assist colleagues in supporting culinary teams to enhance team spirit and trust.
• Report accidents and sickness to the Chef de Cuisine with clear details.
• Identify and request assistance before breakdowns.
• Relay breakdown related information to enable root cause identification.
• Adhere to safety procedures, food hygiene and FIFO practices.
• Ensure quality ingredients are ordered, received and stored properly.
