Job summary

Client of Career Hunters in Kuwait City is seeking a seasoned Collections Manager with extensive experience in collections, credit control, debt recovery or receivables management. The ideal candidate will lead collections teams, drive performance against KPIs, and navigate regulatory and legal procedures specific to Kuwait, with strong negotiation, analytical and decision-making skills.

Arabic and English fluency is required, and experience in automotive leasing, financing or instalment sectors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in collections, credit control, or receivables management.
• 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Proven experience in managing collections teams and achieving KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of collections strategies and receivables management.
• Familiarity with Kuwait regulations and legal procedures related to collections.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.

• Proven experience in managing collections teams and achieving collection targets and KPIs
• Strong knowledge of collections strategies debt recovery credit control and receivables management
• Good understanding of the relevant regulations and legal procedures related to collections in Kuwait
• Strong negotiation communication analytical and decision-making skills
• Good command of both Arabic and English
• Experience in the automotive leasing financing or instalment sectors would be highly preferred
