Key Responsibilities

• Develop and create new menu items that showcase our restaurant's concept and cuisine
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards
• Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure proper stock levels are maintained
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on food safety standards, cooking techniques, and presentation
• Monitor food costs and budget to maintain profitability without compromising quality
• Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions that feature unique menus
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Requirements
