Executive Chef - Hawalli, Kuwait

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our high-end restaurant in Hawalli, Kuwait. You will lead a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to create innovative and delicious dishes that exceed customer expectations. Additionally, you will ensure that our kitchen is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

We are seeking a creative and experienced chef with a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of various cuisines. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fine dining establishments. A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new menu items and oversee the creation of daily specials
• Create recipes and ensure they are consistently executed by kitchen staff
• Monitor food costs and maintain inventory levels
