The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop menus that align with the restaurant's concept and vision.
• Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation.
• Monitor food inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with management to create cost-effective recipes while maintaining quality.
• Conduct regular taste tests to ensure food quality and consistency.
• Oversee food preparation presentation and portioning to maintain high standards.
• Manage kitchen budget and control costs through efficient use of ingredients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu items.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine (preferred but not required).
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique dishes that align with the restaurant's concept.

Location: Hawalli, Kuwait

Salary: $1,400 per month, negotiable based on experience.
