Job summary

Client of Michael Page seeks an accomplished CFO for Kuwait City to lead financial strategy, oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will manage relationships with auditors, banks and regulators, provide strategic insights to support decisions, mitigate risks, and drive cost optimisation while developing the finance team to maximise profitability.

Responsibilities

A successful CFO should have:

• 15+ years of finance leadership experience.
• CFO, Deputy CFO or Finance Director experience.
• Exposure to investment companies, sovereign wealth structures, private equity, venture capital or investment management organisations.
• Strong corporate governance expertise.
• Treasury, portfolio reporting and investment finance experience.
• Experience supporting boards, investment committees or government-related stakeholders.
• Middle East experience.
• Demonstrated strategic finance leadership.
